The Group Program

The Owner Operating System is delivered as a structured 12-session group program. Each session focuses on one or two pillars, with practical worksheets and tools that participants apply directly to their own businesses.

The group format is intentional. Owners of closely held businesses often carry their challenges alone. Working alongside a small group of peers—each navigating their own version of these pressures—provides perspective, support, and accountability that individual work cannot replicate.
