The Full Curriculum
12 sessions. 6 months. A complete system for building the capacity that sustained ownership demands.
Each session builds on the last. The sequence is intentional — moving from understanding burden, through structural change, to sustainable integration.
Program Architecture
The curriculum is organized into four modules, each building on the foundation laid by the previous one.

Session Format
Each session runs 90 minutes in a small group setting (6–8 owners). Sessions combine structured content, guided reflection, peer discussion, and workbook exercises. Between sessions, participants complete workbook assignments that deepen the work.
The Workbook
Every participant receives the Owner Operating System Workbook — a comprehensive companion to the program. It includes assessments, exercises, reflection prompts, and design templates for each session. The workbook becomes your personal ownership reference document.
