Steve Tucker doesn't just advise business owners—he is one. For over three decades, he has owned and operated multiple manufacturing and supply companies serving construction markets across the United States, including Architectural Cast Stone and Shiloh Ridge Stone Veneer. That hands-on experience as a builder and operator is what sets him apart.
In 2014, Steve founded Adelphoï Labs in McKinney, Texas, as a small business lab—a place where entrepreneurs could bring ideas and turn them into real companies. He also co-founded The Werx, a community center for startups housed in McKinney's historic Cotton Mill, in partnership with the McKinney Economic Development Corporation's Emerging Technology Program.
From 2022 to 2025, Steve brought his coaching and operational expertise to Paul Davis Restoration, one of the largest restoration franchise networks in North America. As Business Coach and head of Franchise Resale Operations, he worked directly with franchise owners and their teams—helping them grow revenue, navigate transitions, and prepare businesses for successful resale.
Today, Steve operates under the banner “From Launch to Exit”—a reflection of his ability to guide entrepreneurs through the full lifecycle of a business. Whether you're validating an idea, scaling operations, planning succession, or pursuing a strategic exit, Steve has been there and done it himself.

Founded Adelphoï Labs as a small business lab in McKinney, TX, and co-founded The Werx—a community center for startups and entrepreneurs housed in the historic Cotton Mill, in partnership with the McKinney Economic Development Corporation.
Paul Davis Restoration
Served as Business Coach and led Franchise Resale Operations at Paul Davis Restoration, coaching franchise owners and their teams through growth, transitions, and operational excellence. Earned multiple IICRC restoration industry certifications.

Now operates as a Business Growth and Exit Strategy Specialist—guiding entrepreneurs and business owners through every stage of the journey, from idea validation and launch through scaling, succession planning, and successful exits.
