Hi, I'm Steve Tucker.

I'm a Fractional CEO, COO, Consultant, and Coach — and the founder of Adelphoï Labs. For over two decades, I've been building, running, buying, fixing, and selling businesses. Manufacturing, construction, franchise operations, startups — I've been in the weeds, not just in the boardroom.

I created AdelphoiOS because I've seen what happens when a team gets aligned around a simple system: people stop guessing, start executing, and the business transforms — not just the bottom line, but the daily experience of coming to work.

My role is to serve as your operational partner. I'm not a consultant who hands you a binder and walks away. I show up every week, I facilitate your meetings, I coach your leaders, and I help you build the muscle to run this system on your own.

What is Adelphoï Labs?

Adelphoï (a-DEL-foy) is a Greek word meaning "brothers and sisters" — a community bound by shared purpose. That's the philosophy behind everything we do. Adelphoï Labs helps business owners and their teams build companies that run with clarity, grow with intention, and create value for everyone involved — not just shareholders, but the people who show up every day and do the work.
